one time lifetime payment?????????/, i don’t think there is such a thing like that ,I heard about 5$per year hosting company , but never heard about such one lifetime payment hosting company

anyway you may search the web for such a hosting , but i think you won’t find such a company .

yes, all hosting companies require you have a domain.

free domains usually don’t work, unless you can modify your DNS (unlikely if they were given to you free, but see if you can pay for it)

Some hosting companies want you to buy your domain with them.
